                               RESOLUTION NO. 20607
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 3
                  AND 4 (FINAL), ROSS'S LANDING CSO PROJECT,
                  CONTRACT NO. 2, WITH T&B SCOTTDALE
                  CONTRACTORS, INC., FOR A REVISED CONTRACT
                  AMOUNT OF FOUR MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED
                  FORTY-SIX THOUSAND, SEVENTY-THREE AND 11/100
                  DOLLARS ($4,846,073.11), AND AUTHORIZING THE
                  EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL
                  RELEASE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order Nos. 3 and 4 (Final), Ross's Landing CSO Project,
       Contract No. 2, with T&B Scottdale Contractors, Inc., which 
change
       orders increase the contract by the amount of $11,891.25 and
       decrease the contract by the amount of $150,000, respectively, 
for
       a revised contract amount of $4,846,073.11;
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Administrator of the
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute 

       a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release with Camp, Dresser &
       McKee, Inc. and T&B Scottdale Contractors, Inc.
